They replaced our 70 year old clay pipes than ran from under our 4 ft crawlspace all the way out through the front yard and out to the town sewer system. About 50 feet. We had torn out old shrubs 10 years ago, but the roots still kept growing. After the yearly routing of the roots growing between clay pipes over the years, the pipes finally caved in and no router equipment could clear the debris. These guys came out and saved the day. Over 2 weeks, Steve and his crew dug an 8 ft deep trench starting in the tight crawlspace and replaced everything with modern piping. The town inspector required a copy of our property plat survey, which we had handy, so the permits came fast as well. Afterward, other than the mounded soil which will flatten out, these guys cleaned up so well, and replaced our crawlspace seal coverage which had to be cut, you can hardly tell they were there.

The Village of Villa Park called me today and asked the height of the sewer clean out to be raised two inches. After calling the Suburban Sewer Experts, they were able to schedule the work for the next day. I really appreciated there quick response.

Suburban Sewer Experts helped me replace my sump pump. They were very nice courteous, informative and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very professional! Since they had to cut through some foam sealant to do the job, they went and got a replacement can and replaced the foam when they were done replacing my sump pump. Above and beyond- not many would have done that part. Highly recommend!

I live in an older house with a disaster of a catch basin. I had several vendors come by to check it out and only two actually wanted to bid. One vendor wanted to dig up my yard and fully replace the entire system and suburban Experts was the only one who knew they could not only repair but optimize the system. These guys showed up quickly, worked tirelessly and absolutely went the extra mile to make sure my system was not only working now but will work long into the future. I hope I never see them again! Mike came ready to work. He is very knowledgeable and forthright. In addition to diagnosing the problem I called him for, he took a look around the house and found a catastrophe in the making. When his team returned to fix it, they took every effort to try and save money with the repair. Since they clearly take pride in their work, they urged me (without pressure) to not go with a simple repurpose. I know what you're thinking, but I'm no sucker. I had been rodding out my two main outdoor drain lines for more than 15 years by myself. The most recent time I hit clay on the drain from my kitchen so I called Will from Suburban. He was patient, professional and courteous. Gave me an estimate to repair the pipe and cleanout and did not charge me for his attempt to rod out the line. The final work was done quickly and cleanly and they explained everything along the way. Great Service! I got two other estimates that were way out of line with what these guys charged me.

The 2 guys were very nice we talked about my water pipe that was broken they checked even took pictures since it is in a crawl space. sat down and wrote out a quote and i accepted it they were the 4th outfit i would highly recommend them.
